By accessing or using Manifesto ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

Manifesto is a daily manifestation practice app that provides guided sessions, affirmations, scripting tools, and educational content about manifestation techniques. The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Accounts and Access

Access to the App requires a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to:

• •Not share your account access with others
• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• •Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or free trials

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Manifesto is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Key terms:

• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• •You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• •No refunds are issued for partial periods, except as required by law
• •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• •Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• •Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App
• •Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including text, images, audio, and code — is owned by or licensed to Manifesto and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Your personal practice data (affirmations, scripting entries) remains yours.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Manifesto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using the App will meet your expectations. The content in the App is for informational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifesto and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the App or other users. You may terminate your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
